The hotel is conveniently located on a tram route, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to Dresden Neustadt train station, providing easy access for travelers. However, it's important to note that it is not as close to the city center as some may claim.
There was a lack of communication regarding the wellness facilities. Many guests were unable to make use of them due to the absence of a reservation system and guests keeping the entry cards for the entire day.

We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as it was easily accessible from the main roads. The fact that there was parking available was also a plus, as we didn't have to worry about finding a spot for our car. the rooms were clean and modern, and the air conditioning worked well, we had a comfortable stay.

Instead, I opted to visit the hotel bar, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The location of the hotel was convenient, just a short 10-minute walk from Neustadt Bahnhof, the second most important train station in Dresden. Despite being in a quiet and clean area, it was easy to commute to the city center, making it ideal for tourists.
