The hotel is conveniently located on a tram route, making it easy to explore the city. It is also close to Dresden Neustadt train station, providing easy access for travelers. However, it's important to note that it is not as close to the city center as some may claim.

There was a lack of communication regarding the wellness facilities. Many guests were unable to make use of them due to the absence of a reservation system and guests keeping the entry cards for the entire day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in an interesting area. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and the historic area of the city. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of the rooms was perfect.

The hotel also offered a wide range of services, including room service, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire, which made my stay even more convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel truly welcome.

We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, as it was easily accessible from the main roads. The fact that there was parking available was also a plus, as we didn't have to worry about finding a spot for our car. the rooms were clean and modern, and the air conditioning worked well, we had a comfortable stay.
